Small Business Operating Systems focuses organizations on ways to be more proactive by developing a systematic approach to business operations and providing a foundation for growth. Through the involvement of the owner and key team members, this training and coaching provides participants with the skills needed to develop and define a basic operating system.  Benefits include more efficient and consistent operations.

Small Business Operating Systems addresses:

bullet Business mission, direction, short and long-term business planning (beyond financial), organizational structure
bullet Operating system, measures of success, and means of staying on track
bullet Necessary documents, data, records and means of maintaining
bullet Associate training including definition and communication of responsibility and authority
bullet Current and new business review including overall requirements, capacity, fit, risk, ability to develop, profitability and past performance
bullet Purchasing and receiving - definition and communication of expectations beyond the specific product/service
bullet Product/Service planning, initial review and evaluation, identification
bullet Processing/Delivery of the product/service and evaluation of performance both internally and externally
