Cause Analysis for Lasting Corrective Action
This
course provides participants with the skills needed to dig into problems/issues and
identify the root cause, that situation that allowed the problem
to happen. Without
correction of the root cause, the problem has only been band-aided
and will return. Tools for systematically analyzing
the problem, identifying the root cause and related escape causes,
determining and evaluating corrective action and implementing the
needed actions to prevent recurrence of the problem/issue are used.
Actual problems and issues from your organization are the
basis for applying these tools and skills. |
