Beyond being a
requirement for both ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC
17025 and ISO 14001, internal
quality auditing helps to
continually improve your company’s quality management system.
Through activities and interactive learning, this course
provides participants with the skills needed to successfully
conduct internal quality system audits. This course consists
of one and one-half days in the classroom for understanding
audit and auditor requirements, and for practicing audit
planning and preparation. The classroom time includes
participant refinement and demonstration of effective
communication, questioning and conflict management skills.
One-half day consists of an on-site practice audit. |
