Are your team member's good ideas
getting put into action?
|
|
Continuous or Continual Improvement
is a
philosophy evidenced by incremental activities to make products,
processes and systems better, even when no known problems
exist. Continuous improvement does not have an end. Opportunities
exists in all operations and systems to reduce waste and increase
efficiencies. Organizations need a systematic approach to
generating and capturing ideas, checking them out, verifying them
on a small scale, implementing them fully and monitoring
results.
