Corrective Action that REALLY Corrects gives you the tools to get to the actual cause and truly fix problems!  Whether your organization is ISO 9001, QS-9000 or AS-9000 registered or not, you cannot afford to waste time on quick fixes or band aid approaches to problems.  If you are registered to one of these quality standards you risk not only wasted efforts and inefficiencies, but auditor identified nonconformities related to the effectiveness of corrective actions as well.  If your organization experiences the same problems over and over those problems have not really been corrected or properly addressed.  

Corrective Action Participants will be able to:

	Identify categories of problems and relate different types of corrective action
	Relate and compare problems that warrant corrective action and situations better addressed with continuous improvement projects
	Describe existing corrective action system in terms of what works and what needs to change
	Relate problem solving skills to success of corrective actions
	Explain how other organizations have identified and overcome some of the barriers to effective corrective action.
	Describe several systematic approaches to corrective action
