Does it sometimes seem like quality is a add-on?

Built in Quality is a strategy that minimizes the need for inspection "after the fact" and enables prompt problem solving.  Be proactive and not reactive; it is much less costly and keeps customers and associates happier. Quality cannot be inspected into a product. On-site classes relate directly to your product and build on existing systems and procedures.   Through group activities and involvement, class participants gain skills needed to truly build quality into a new product or assess existing products for opportunities for improvement.  

Adding quality activities onto a process is inefficient.  Build them in!

Built in Quality Participants will be able to:

	Relate established quality standards and guides to process integration, problem solving and prevention
	Describe and relate the benefits of inspection within the process
	Explain the meaning and benefits of keeping the order of production
	Demonstrate the concept of reduced through-put time and relate it to Built in Quality
	Relate standardization to existing processes and identify opportunities for application
	Provide workplace examples of Built in Quality opportunities

Class time is 8 hours with additional coaching available.
