Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) can get you onto more solid ground through implementation of a comprehensive and systematic team process that can improve communications, shorten "time to market", minimize missed deadlines, increase project management efficiencies (fewer missed or overlooked items), and strengthen financial return from continuous improvement and preventive activities.  The process manages development from concept into production and beyond.  The process uses a balanced approach to ensure both customer satisfaction and achievement of an organization's goals and objectives.  
On-site classes relate directly to your product and build on existing systems and procedures.   Through group activities and involvement, class participants gain skills needed to implement the Advanced Product Quality Planning process, develop Control Plans and complete the Production Part Approval Process (where required) within their organizations.
 

Advanced Quality Planning Participants will be able to:
